And the award for best happy hour pricing goes to… Stadium Brewing Co in Aliso Viejo, hands down! For just $2.50 (yes, $2.50!), Monday through Friday from 3 – 6 pm, you can enjoy a pint of delicious house brew, crafted onsite by brewmaster Greg Schneider. At any given time, Stadium’s offerings may include anything from a Blonde Lager to a Chocolate Porter, a Pumpkin Ale to a Blueberry Ale (see my post on their Blueberry Ale), or a Marzen to an ESB, as well as some reasonably-priced grub to complement their unique brews.
During my last visit, I sampled the Blonde Lager, which boasted a delicious and refreshing classic blonde flavor: nutty, crisp, light, and slightly sweet… perfect for a hot SoCal summer day. According to the description on the brewery’s website, the Blonde “has been lagered (aged) for eight weeks in order to produce a crisp, clean, lightly hopped, ‘easy drinking’ beer.” It is their lightest beer on tap, designed to be easy on the palate, and during happy hour, it’s extremely easy on the wallet as well!
In addition to the $2.50 house brews, Stadium’s happy hour menu includes $2.50 Bud Light on draft (although I would, of course, recommend the house brews!), $3.50 well drinks, $4 house wine and margaritas, and $4 – 7 appetizers.

Cheers and enjoy!
